做法: a. 將四物湯料藥材洗淨後裝入過濾紗袋中; b. 烏雞一隻切塊,清水洗淨; c. 烏雞塊入滾水中汆燙煮滾後,用水洗淨放入鍋中; d. 四物湯包加入乾淨的鍋中; e. 向鍋中注入過濾的冷清水,生薑及紅棗亦放入鍋中; f. 先以大火燒至水滾,後改小火慢燉約1小時,至雞肉熟透後起鍋。 g. 在湯中加入少許鹽調味。請品味享用!

Cooking method: a. Wash all ingredients in Blood Tonic Herbal Soup package, then put them in a filter gauze bag; b. Chop the silk chicken into small pieces, then wash with cold water; c. Boil a pot of water, then put the chicken pieces into the water for couple minutes till boil again; throw away the water and wash the chicken again with cold water; d. Add the clean Blood Tonic Herbal Soup package in the above-men tioned pot; Put the chicken pieces, ginger and red dates in pot; e. Fill the pot with filtered cold water; f. Cook on high heat until water boils, then simmer over low heat for about an hour until chicken is cooked through. g. Add a little salt to the soup to taste. Ready to serve!
